APIRouterAI

Terms of service

Effective 27 October 2026 · Garg Capital Group LLC

The rules for organizations and people using the APIRouterAI service.

1. About these terms

APIRouterAI is a gateway that routes requests from AI coding tools to AI model providers on behalf of an organization. It is provided by Garg Capital Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to the APIRouterAI service, website, desktop app and command-line tool (together, "the service").

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these terms, to the end-user licence agreement and to the privacy policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

2. Accounts, organizations and roles

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we email to you. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Every account belongs to one organization at a time. The person who creates an organization is its super admin. Super admins and admins can invite people, change roles, suspend members, revoke access, set usage limits and configure models and provider keys. Accepting an invitation to another organization moves you there and signs you out of the previous one.

An organization controls its own members' access. If an admin suspends or removes you, your access ends even though your account may still exist.

3. Your organization can see your prompts

The service logs requests sent through it. Depending on the organization's settings this includes the text you type to an AI tool, the AI's reply, and details such as which tool sent the request, which model answered, token counts, timing and the name of your device.

Super admins and admins of your organization can read these logs. Admins see the activity of members with the user role and their own; super admins see everyone in the organization. Do not send anything through the service that you are not willing for them to see.

The organization chooses how much is logged and how long logs are kept. The privacy policy describes this in detail.

4. AI providers, keys and accounts

The service forwards requests to AI model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter and Groq, and to any custom provider your organization adds, using API keys and accounts your organization supplies. We are not those providers and do not control their models, availability, output or pricing.

Your organization is responsible for having the right to use every key and account it connects, for paying the providers for that use, and for complying with each provider's terms and usage policies. Do not connect credentials you are not permitted to use with the service or to share with the members of your organization.

Requests may be answered by a different model than the one first tried. The service falls back through the order your organization configures when a model is unavailable, rate-limited, refuses, or cannot fit the conversation. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe; review it before relying on it, especially code you run.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to create malware or attack systems you are not authorised to test, to generate content that sexualises minors, to harass people, or to violate the usage policies of the AI provider handling your request.

Do not try to bypass usage limits, access another organization's data, probe or overload the service, or reverse engineer it except where that restriction is unenforceable. Do not resell access to the service.

We may suspend accounts or organizations that break these rules, or that put the service, other customers or a provider relationship at risk.

6. Usage limits

Your organization may set request and token limits per role and per member. When you reach a limit, requests that use the organization's keys stop until the limit resets. We may also apply our own rate limits to protect the service.

7. Your content

You and your organization keep ownership of the prompts you send and the replies you receive. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content only to operate the service for your organization: routing it to the providers it chooses, logging it as configured, and showing it to the people allowed to see it.

We do not use your prompts or replies to train models, and we do not sell them.

8. Changes, availability and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue the service or any feature of it. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what the service does.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the Mac app (App & updates → Delete account) or by emailing login@voyaone.ai from the address on the account. A super admin can delete the organization, which deletes its keys, settings and logs. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or if required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service or any AI provider will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. If a change is material we will tell organization admins by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere you keep any right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
