End-user licence agreement
The licence to use the APIRouterAI app for Mac and its command-line tool.
1. The agreement
This agreement is between you and Garg Capital Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the APIRouterAI app for macOS and the APIRouterAI command-line tool (together, "the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to it, to the terms of service and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
2. The licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Mac computers that you own or control, to access the APIRouterAI service for your organization. The app is licensed, not sold, and we keep every right this licence does not expressly give you.
If you got the app from the Mac App Store, this licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
The licence ends automatically when your account or your organization's access ends, or if you breach this agreement. When it ends, stop using the app and remove it.
3. What the app installs and does on your Mac
When you connect your Mac, the app installs the APIRouterAI command-line tool in the .apirouterai folder in your home folder and registers a background service that runs while you are signed in to macOS. The service listens only on this Mac (127.0.0.1) and forwards requests from your AI coding tools to the APIRouterAI service.
When you launch an AI coding tool from the app, the app configures that tool to send its requests through the background service. The app stores your sign-in in the macOS keychain. The app checks for new versions and, when you choose to install one, downloads and replaces itself.
You can stop the background service from the app or with the command-line tool, and remove the app, the command-line tool and the .apirouterai folder at any time.
4. Restrictions
Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app; do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where that restriction is unenforceable; do not remove any notice in it; and do not use it to break the terms of service. Parts of the command-line tool are licensed under the Business Source License 1.1; that licence's notice is included with the tool and continues to apply to those parts.
5. Maintenance and support
We, not Apple, are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app, as stated in this agreement or as required by law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app. For support, contact login@voyaone.ai.
6. Warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. If the app is found to fail to conform to any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, and you obtained it from the Mac App Store, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility, to the extent they cannot be disclaimed.
7. Product claims
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
8. Intellectual property claims
If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
9. Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You will comply with all applicable export control laws when using the app.
10. Third-party terms
When you use the app you must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement, including the terms of the AI providers your organization uses and of the AI coding tools you launch through the app, such as Claude Code or Codex.
11. Apple as third-party beneficiary
You and we acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and us only, not with Apple, and that we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of it Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the app, and our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
